The essentials

Eksprt is an independent workspace for your own API accounts. You choose your providers and remain responsible for their charges. AI output can be wrong. Keep access credentials secure and share only content you have permission to use.

01. The service

These terms govern your use of the Eksprt website and workspace operated by Eksprt. Our Privacy policy explains how information is handled. Please read both before creating an account.

Eksprt provides an interface for supported AI APIs, conversations, model selection, optional saved memories, usage records, and manual subscription tracking. It is currently a beta service. Features and provider availability may change, and not every model or capability listed in a provider catalogue can run in this interface.

Private account storage is limited to 100,000,000 bytes on Free and 1,000,000,000 bytes on Pro. Uploaded files are limited to 10,000,000 bytes each on Free and 50,000,000 bytes each on Pro. Stored uploads, generated documents, and generated images saved by Eksprt count toward that account storage. Deleting stored files or generated images frees their storage. Model context, supported file formats and token limits apply separately. Storage is private and is not a backup service; keep your own copies. Only upload files you have the right to process. Do not upload malware or use file storage to distribute illegal content. Completed files are downloadable; the app does not execute uploaded files.

02. Accounts and eligibility

You must be at least 13 and meet any higher age or consent requirements in your location and for the providers you connect. If you need a parent or guardian's permission, obtain it before using the service. If you use Eksprt on behalf of an organization, you must have authority to do so.

Provide accurate account information, keep your password and API credentials private, and use only accounts and credentials you are authorized to use. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised, and revoke exposed API credentials at the provider.

Registration may require an invitation. An invitation does not guarantee access to a provider, its models, or any particular level of service.

03. Connected providers and model choices

Your use of each provider is also subject to that provider's terms, privacy practices, model permissions, and usage limits. You are responsible for maintaining valid API access. A consumer ChatGPT, Claude, or other subscription does not necessarily include API access or API credits.

When you send a request, Eksprt acts on your instructions to send information to the selected provider. Changing a model in a text conversation sends that provider the completed text history, subject to supported request formats and context limits. Saved memories are included only where that provider has permission. Disabling a memory permission does not erase earlier conversation text or previously sent data.

Some services, including Claude Code in this release, open externally. Provider model lists can change independently of Eksprt. A listed model is not a guarantee of account entitlement, availability, or support for every capability.

04. Costs and subscription records

Providers may charge for requests made with your credentials, including requests that time out after a provider has started processing. Those charges are governed by your agreement with the provider. Avoid repeating a request with an uncertain status until you have checked whether it was processed.

Eksprt does not collect or charge the displayed model API costs: you pay your API provider directly. Eksprt only charges its Pro subscription fee. Eksprt's usage view records activity made through this workspace. Cost estimates depend on recorded usage and configured pricing; missing prices remain unpriced. They may exclude discounts, taxes, other tools, provider-specific charges, or later price changes. Your provider invoices are the authoritative billing record.

Subscription entries are records you enter manually. Editing or marking an entry cancelled in Eksprt does not purchase, renew, change, or cancel a subscription with the provider. Complete those actions with the provider directly.

Eksprt Free provides 140,000 provider-reported tokens per day and 1,400,000 per calendar month. Both limits apply; they reset at midnight UTC and the first day of each calendar month respectively. Input, output, conversation context, enabled memories, and reported reasoning tokens count toward usage. A conservative reservation is made before each request; an oversized request can be refused even when some tokens remain. Unconfirmed usage can pause further Free requests until reconciled or the next monthly reset. Provider-controlled searches can consume additional tokens; an admitted request may exceed its reservation, after which further requests are blocked. Reported OpenAI and Gemini image tokens also count toward these allowances. Higgsfield image credits are a separate provider billing unit; they are not converted to invented token counts. Documentation MCP calls do not generate model tokens and are available only to Pro users.

Eksprt Pro costs USD 20 per year and removes the daily and monthly token caps and includes MCP connections. It does not include AI provider credits. Request rate, context-size, and provider limits still apply. Polar processes checkout and recurring yearly payments. Any applicable tax and the final amount are displayed before payment. Pro access starts after the subscription is verified on the server.

Cancel renewal through Manage subscription in the workspace, then refresh your plan. Cancellation normally preserves access until the paid period ends. Expiry, revocation, or a refund affecting the current period can return the account to Free. For refunds or payment problems, contact us; applicable mandatory consumer rights remain available. Cancel renewal before deleting your Eksprt account. Deleting manually tracked provider plans does not cancel those provider subscriptions.

05. Your content and permissions

You retain any rights you have in the prompts, files of exported data, preferences, and other content you provide. You allow the operator to store, process, display, and transmit that content only as needed to provide, secure, and support the service and comply with applicable law, as described in the Privacy policy.

You must have the rights or permissions needed for what you submit, including any personal information belonging to others. Do not submit confidential material if you are not permitted to share it with the selected provider.

Rights in generated output depend on applicable law and provider terms. Output may not be unique, accurate, or eligible for exclusive intellectual property protection. You are responsible for checking whether your intended use is permitted. Eksprt's name, design, and other service materials are not transferred to you by these terms.

06. Responsible use

Use the service lawfully and follow the policies of connected providers. Do not use it to infringe another person's rights, expose someone else's credentials or private data without permission, distribute malicious software, harass others, or carry out fraud.

Do not attempt unauthorized access, disrupt the service, bypass security or provider limits, misuse another person's API account, or submit automated spam through the contact form. Report suspected security issues through the contact form without including exploit details or secrets in the initial message.

07. AI outputs require your judgment

AI systems can produce incorrect, incomplete, misleading, or outdated material, including citations and code that appear plausible. Review and test outputs before relying on them, sharing them, or running generated code. Web search and reasoning features do not guarantee correctness.

Output is not a substitute for qualified professional advice where that is needed. You remain responsible for decisions and actions you take based on it. A model response is not a statement or endorsement by the Eksprt operator.

08. Availability and changes

We aim to provide a useful service, but a beta may contain errors or interruptions. The service depends on hosting and third-party APIs, and we do not promise uninterrupted availability, error-free output, or continued access to a particular model.

Features may be updated, limited, or withdrawn for maintenance, security, legal requirements, or provider changes. Where reasonably practicable, significant changes affecting active use should be explained in advance. Keep independent copies of work that matters to you using the export feature.

09. Ending use and account restrictions

You can stop using the service, disconnect providers, export your workspace, or delete your account in Settings. Disconnecting Eksprt does not revoke a key at the provider or cancel a provider subscription. Account deletion also does not recall information already sent to a provider.

Access may be restricted or suspended where reasonably necessary to address a material breach, unlawful activity, a security concern, or a legal obligation. Where appropriate and practicable, the operator will explain the reason and provide a way to raise a concern. Immediate action may be necessary to protect the service or other people.

Retention after deletion is described in the Privacy policy. Contact requests are stored separately and can be identified by their reference.

10. Responsibility and disputes

Each party is responsible for its own conduct under applicable law. To the extent permitted by law, no additional guarantee is made that the beta service will meet every purpose or that third-party services and outputs will be reliable. Nothing in these terms excludes obligations or liability that the law does not allow to be excluded.

Your mandatory consumer rights remain intact. These terms do not remove any applicable right to use your local courts or consumer protection procedures. If a problem arises, please contact us with enough detail to investigate before escalating it, where practical.

11. Updates and contact

Terms may be updated as the product or applicable requirements change. The effective date at the top identifies this version. Material changes require appropriate notice and, where legally required, agreement before they apply.
